Local hero Grant
In my role as your local State Member, I am pleased to support local community and sporting groups through the Trevor Watts MP Local Hero Grants Program.
Who can apply?
- Not-for-profit sporting and community groups based in the Toowoomba North electorate;
- Eligible organisations do not need to be incorporated but must have been in operation for at least one year.
How often can a group or individual apply?
Eligible organisations can submit one application per round.
If successful, no further applications can be submitted in the same 12-month period.
How much can a group apply for?
Each successful applicant will receive $250 (including GST).
Four successful applicants will be selected in each round.
How many grant rounds will there be?
There will be two grant rounds each year. Application closing dates are as follows:
• 31 March
• 30 September
Successful applicants will be notified via email.
